Hi, we’re Treebytree.
At Treebytree, we’re redefining corporate gifting by turning it into a force for good.
Through our digital gifting platform, companies and distributors can replace wasteful products with 100% sustainable, nature-based gifts. Such as trees that restore ecosystems, capture CO₂, and support local communities.
We’re a fast-growing, mission-driven start-up transforming how the European corporate gifting industry operates, shifting it from polluting products to digital impact. By combining technology, transparency, and storytelling, we enable companies to gift back to nature while building lasting relationships with their employees, clients, and stakeholders.
If you know the corporate gifting market and want to lead its transformation toward sustainable, digital solutions, then this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
About the job
We’re looking for a driven, connected, and tech-savvy sales professional to accelerate Treebytree’s growth across Europe’s corporate gifting market.
You’ll build strong relationships with promotional distributors, resellers, and brands, positioning Treebytree as a must-have in their sustainable product portfolios. You’ll be at the heart of the shift from traditional gifting to digital, sustainable impact.
What you will be doing:
- Drive measurable results through a clear, KPI-driven sales plan. This role is all about execution, performance, and closing deals that deliver real growth.
- Drive growth by onboarding new distributors, agencies, and corporate partners across Europe.
- Leverage your existing corporate gifting network to open doors and close partnerships.
- Identify and secure opportunities to integrate Treebytree into reseller catalogs, platforms, and client portfolios.
- Execute a clear sales strategy that positions Treebytree as the leading sustainable gifting solution in the industry.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to deliver smooth onboarding, strong collateral, and partner success.
- Represent Treebytree at trade fairs, client meetings, and networking events.
- Gather market insights to refine our positioning and develop growth strategies that meet partner needs.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in the corporate gifting, promotional products, or reseller industry.
- Deep understanding of how distributors and corporate buyers operate, from incentives to purchasing cycles.
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in a sustainability or digital transition context).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and digital product sales.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on: proactive, creative, and unafraid to experiment.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (both required).
- Nice to have: proficiency in German or a Scandinavian language.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and helping the corporate gifting industry evolve.
What we offer:
- A key role in a growing social enterprise that’s restoring nature.
- The chance to shake up the corporate gifting world and make real impact while you’re at it.
- A purpose-driven culture with international colleagues who share your ambition.
- Hybrid setup: Monday and Wednesday at our The Hague office (more if you’d like), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
- A certified Great Place to Work.
- 25 vacation days + the option to buy 5 extra for adventure or recharge time.
- An electric lease car or NS business card.
- A pension scheme.
- Daily vegetarian lunch that’s better for you and the planet.
- Room (and budget) for growth: think training, learning, exploring
