Thermopatch is proud to announce the following three promotions. Tim Merris, Dave Whiteside and Gayle Goins have each been promoted to Regional Sales Manager. Their new positions call for concentrated Key Account coverage along with special emphasis on critical customer needs and new business development, especially in new markets. In addition, each Regional Manager is responsible for guiding the telemarketing and customer support efforts of their Syracuse based customer support representative. Tim Merris is responsible for the Western Region, Gayle Goins for the Central Southwest Region and Dave Whiteside the Upper Midwest Region. Thermopatch sees these promotions and their respective defined responsibilities as a proactive measure to better address the changes occurring in its primary market base simultaneously implementing concentrated efforts on new market development.
