And yes, perhaps the tide is against us for a while — tougher economic conditions, additional regulations, and so on. But the essence of what we do remains a-ma-zing. What other medium manages to make the recipients of a message genuinely happy? Exactly! If we tell that story more proactively — and make it clear to end customers that we are not nearly as polluting an industry as people assume, certainly not compared to many other media (more soon on groundbreaking international research that backs this up) — then, honestly, I see a very bright future ahead.
