5 www.thesupplierdays.com The Supplierdays is the annual event for everyone working in the promotional products industry. The trade fair was initiated thirteen years ago by Het Portaal (publisher of PromZ Vak) and has since been organized in collaboration with the industry association Platform Promotional Products (PPP). Over two days, more than 250 suppliers and manufacturers from multiple countries present their latest offerings to suppliers of promotional products and corporate gifts. Access Policy The Supplierdays are only accessible to manufacturers, distributors, and (sub)suppliers of promotional products and services. We reserve the right to deny entry to individuals who do not meet this condition. If you are unsure, please contact us. Members of Promotional Products Professionals have free admission and receive complimentary lunch and drinks during their visit to the fair. Non-members pay €27.00 (excluding VAT, including lunch and refreshments). Opening Hours The event is open on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. QR-CODES AT THE BOOTHS – HOW IT WORKS Busy at a booth? Scan the QR code at a booth, enter your email address once, and then scan each booth you wish to get in touch with. The exhibitor will automatically receive your contact information. Catering The Supplierdays offer visitors free drinks and a complimentary lunch on the exhibition floor. Besides that (or after lunchtime) you can buy sweet treats, (extra) sandwiches and snacks at the FoorCorner. THE SUPPLIERDAYS TRADE SHOW INFORMATION Colophon Networking Event During the last hour of the first exhibition day – from 17.00 - 18.00 hours - there will be a ‘walking drink’ on the event floor - co-organized by PPP – so you can network while enjoying snacks and drinks. Night of the PromZ From 18.00 - 20.00 hours, PromZ will host the festive Night of the PromZ, where the annual awards will be presented. Wi-Fi Expo Houten provides free Wi-Fi to exhibitors and visitors. You can use the free network throughout the event.
