9 www.thesupplierdays.com JURY EVALUATION After the nomination process (where the companies with the most mentions were identified), two expert juries assessed the companies based on a wide range of criteria, from professional expertise to sustainability, and much more. This year, we also considered factors such as membership in industry organizations (PPP for the Netherlands and BAPP for Belgium) and certifications like EcoVadis and B-Corp. At the end of the first day of the trade fair on September 4th, the awards for Distributor and Supplier of the Year will traditionally be presented during the Night of the PromZ. This year, several changes have been made, which I will briefly explain For the first time, the nominations were determined by the market (through online voting). Suppliers could nominate distributors, and distributors could nominate their favorite suppliers. DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR 2024 VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE Afterwards, people can vote for their favorite company. Additionally, you can see what percentage your vote contributes to the overall result. AWARDS There are awards to be won in the following categories. For Distributor of the Year, the categories are Distributor of the Year Netherlands, Distributor of the Year Belgium, Best Online Performance, Best Start-up, and Distributor with the Most Public Votes. For Supplier of the Year, there are prizes in the categories of Generalist, Multi-Specialist, and Specialist. NOMINATIONS
