We have 700 unique products in various sizes and colors, totaling 35,000 items. We develop all our materials ourselves, often in collaboration with our suppliers. We don’t buy anything off the shelf; everything we use is specially developed for us and meets our high standards. Most products are developed in consultation with users. We have a special test center and work with test panels in different countries to leave nothing to chance. Innovations are analyzed, wear tests are conducted, videos are made, and much more in the test center. The final versions of the clothing pieces are often different - better - than the original designs. We also test after the sale. All products are traceable, and if there is something wrong with a product, we analyze it and make adjustments. Our inventory and delivery management is very advanced. We always have five million items in stock, and 98% of orders are delivered within the agreed timeframe. In Denmark, Germany, and the Benelux, this is usually within one or two days. You do a lot in terms of CSR? We have our own factories that meet the highest standards in terms of environment and safety. Job satisfaction and fair wages are also important to us. As a family business, this is part of our DNA; you want everyone in the company to be well-off and to leave the world better than you found it. So quality, quality, quality, that’s what we focus on. What are the future plans for the Netherlands? In the Netherlands, we want to become the biggest and, above all, the best. We want to grow in the current segments but also tap into new markets such as hospitality, care, and corporate. There are still plenty of opportunities. We also want to grow in terms of employees.
