Produced with more sustainable materials Affordable products Wide choice of 23 modern colors A perfect fit that is comfortable and stylish ORDERS BEFORE 16:00 SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY! quality and flexibility. Starting with quality, Tasty Present uses the highest quality chocolate from the Belgian chocolatier Callebaut. They also have their own recipes for many products. These recipes are regularly adjusted through a test panel. Quality is further characterized by the finishing touches. If a product doesn’t score a perfect ten in quality control, it doesn’t leave the door. Finally, the quality is also evident in the packaging, which is often self-developed to prevent product breakage. Then there’s flexibility. Being able to switch quickly and deliver even when under immense pressure has always been a crucial point for us," says Bas. "Though there is, of course, a limit." Efficiency When Bram returned to Tasty Present after working elsewhere for a while, he was tasked with strategically looking at customer groups and, more specifically, how to work more efficiently for these different customer groups. "We have grown in this market through traditional resellers—companies that, for example, order 200 chocolate letters for Sinterklaas. The preliminary work for these 200 letters, like making offers and gathering information, takes too much time relative to the order size. That’s why we decided to build a reseller information platform that includes everything: product photos, descriptions, prices, and even offer texts. This relieves both our customers and ourselves. In principle, smaller orders of 100 Chocotelegrams or 200 letters can then be forwarded and handled automatically. We also see a new market emerging with resellers building online employee benefit/customer loyalty systems for end customers. With these large companies, we try to establish a strategic partnership." Packaging The packaging of chocolate products requires precision. That’s why Tasty Present develops and produces its own packaging. The company’s office includes a complete packaging department with even a cutting plotter and digital printer. Bas explains why they chose this route. "You want to minimize breakage during shipping, and that’s quite complex with chocolate products. We’ve developed many of our packaging solutions through Tasty present: More than just chocolate 57 2024 - number 4 - promzvak.nl Choco Image
