Heineken&nbsp;5. Hyves&nbsp;6. Bol.com&nbsp;7. TomTom&nbsp;8. Philips&nbsp;9. Rabobank&nbsp;10. Hema&nbsp;KPN wist het tot de elfde plaats te schoppen.
